About me

Since 2008, I have worked in various advisory roles in both private and public organizations, focusing on implementing major strategic projects. I I thrive in a dynamic environment where I can make a positive difference for others. I am an experienced process and project manager, and I am particularly interested in the human and cultural aspects of organizations.

I hold a master’s degree in international development and a bachelor’s degree in economics and management from Tulane University, USA. Throughout my career, I have been committed to continuous development and have built up a broad interdisciplinary toolkit. I am certified as an individual and team coach (ACC, CPCC) and have served on the board of the International Coach Federation in Norway from 2021 to 2023. 

I am passionate about human growth and development of dynamic teams and organizations. I am driven by supporting people who are as committed to working on their own growth as they are in supporting those around them.
